WHAT ARE NET-ZERO HOMES?
​A net zero home uses advanced materials and design features to ensure the highest possible energy efficiency. Net zero means that your home will make as much electricity on-site that it will consume over the course of year. We do this with solar panels, Trombe walls, ICF designs, and sustainable conservation practices.
WHAT IS ICF CONSTRUCTION?
ICF construction uses insulating concrete forms that hold fresh concrete for a sturdy, stable structure that lasts longer than traditional homes while also providing exceptional insulation. While ICF construction costs a little more upfront, it will save you time and money for years because you will save on electric bills and maintenance costs.
